So my sister-in-law wrote this note on facebook I am assuming after the debates last night. But it just seems right for everyone my age that is for Obama because he makes them feel warm and fuzzy inside when he talks maybe you should start taking a deeper look. I mean how do you feel about going to work everyday working your ass off knowing that some low life is sitting on their ass watching their new big screen and paying for their food with food stamps that YOU paid for. Well the democrats are all for increasing the aid for these types of programs....so as long as your ok with supporting the lazy asses of society with your paycheck then VOTE FOR CHANGE....your change going to other people instead of into your bank account.
Here is her note...
Election Views Excerpts - Socialism/Racism
Although I can respect Barrak Obama, I cannot in good faith vote for someone who seems to want to take our country closer and closer toward the ideas of a socialist society. Our country was founded on the principle of each individual deserving the right to the PURSUIT of happiness. We are not entitled to it! As soon as the government starts taking over the private sector, our freedoms begin to dwindle. It is not the job of the government to take my money and spread it out among the people. That’s what they do in China (communism/socialism)! And I’m pretty sure the majority of Americans would rather suffer a bit financially than be oppressed. That seems to be Obama’s idea of a good government and the moment you head towards any type of high socialism, it gets a little scary!
So ok, let’s rescue this country. The government has a right to do that. But once it’s rescued…. BACK OFF! We need less government involvement in our everyday lives, not more!
I am so tired of hearing about racism in this campaign. If Colin Powell were running, hands down, I'd vote for him. He's brilliant, honorable and has years of experience. Obama did nothing to allay MY fears. I truly believe that this man is dangerous. People revert most of the time, there are exceptions, to how they grew up. Principles/actions/doctrines/beliefs were ingrained into our brains from the time we were born. As a full grown adult, how often do we really deviate from our past (get past points of immaturity and adolescence). Obama has no experience and operates on what other people in his party tell him to do. One person puts it this way, "In all reality, if he were not black, he would have been laughed out of the Democratic primaries by his own party because of his lack of experience. His party is saying that the only reason someone would NOT vote for him is that he is black. The reverse must then be true. The only reason they are voting for him is that he IS black. They are setting our country up for a civil war; if McCain wins, we may be looking at riots of record proportions." (News Forum quote). He truly doesn't have experience. Running a campaign and voting undecided in the Senate is not political experience in my eyes.
And although democrats have controlled the House and Senate for the past 2 years, some people think the following...
I think that McCain won but I really want Obama to win the election so this country can learn what the Democrats are really about. They will also be in charge of everything and will no longer be able to blame the other party for everything even though they will try. Everyone thinks they are for the working man but in reality they love welfare and social programs and will raise taxes to support them. I have nothing against helping people who really need help but I’m sick and tired of my tax dollars going to people who don’t have a clue to what work is. I live in South Carolina which is such a nice place to live but the medicaid and food stamp program is so full of fraud and abuse that it’s sickning. The politicians will do nothing about it because they are afraid of losing votes. That’s one example of why I’m looking forward to the democrats being in charge of eveything so americans will wake up and realize why the democrats have had trouble holding onto the white house over the years.
p.s. McCain truly isn't even a Republican. He's a democrat in Republican clothes. Sarah Palin is a Republican. It blows my mind that people even try to compare McCain to Bush. McCain is much farther "left" than Bush is.

Your sister is ignorant. Do everybody a favor and ask her why she thinks he is dangerous, since she never really backed up her opinion. If she's so concerned about losing her freedoms to a democratic administration, perhaps she should look at how many freedoms Americans have lost under the current adminstration. (see the patriot act to get started: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USA_PATRIOT_Act and check out who voted to take away so many of our freedoms http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=107&session=1&vote=00313 )
